I got my setup from electroandcompany.com it’s been awesome. The power difference is wild compared to what I was riding before, like it just feels... yeah, way stronger. It pulls hard but doesn’t feel sketchy or out of control, which I really appreciate. Shipping was totally fine, everything showed up working like it should, and I’ve been riding it a bunch with no issues so far. Super happy with it overall.

"Hard to Find the Part, Support Took Too Long"
I only needed a small part, but I couldn’t find it listed anywhere on the site. I reached out to support, but the response was slow, and I was kind of stuck waiting. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, this felt more frustrating than it needed to be

"Nice look, but a little hard to take in"
Overall, the site gives a decent first impression. The colors feel pleasant and welcoming, which goes a long way in shaping how the whole experience feels. That said, a few pages felt a bit crowded to me, so it took extra effort to figure out where to focus. I think with a little more breathing room and clearer spacing, the design would feel more intentional and easier to connect with.

"Pretty much confirmed my doubts"
I ordered a small charger from electroandcompany, and to be fair, it did show up on time, so no complaints there. But I kind of had a feeling it might be one of those cheap-feeling accessories, that’s exactly how it turned out. The cable is weirdly stiff, the plug gets warm when it’s in use, and after about a week it started disconnecting whenever I moved it even a little. Maybe I just got a bad one, but this basically confirmed what I already suspected about chargers in this price range. I expected better and probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless the quality improves.

"Pretty helpful, seemed to know their stuff"
I had a couple questions before buying and the staff were really helpful. They seemed to know the products well and didn’t just throw out random answers, which I appreciated. It made choosing the right thing a lot easier, and I didn’t feel pressured or anything. Overall, it was a good experience

"Works okay, but feels a little sketchy"
Order showed up totally fine and it works like it should, so no real complaints there. But after a few weeks, a couple parts are starting to feel kinda weak, which is a bit meh. It’s holding up for now, but I’m not 100% sure how it’ll do long term.

I really appreciated how clear the pricing was on electroandcompany.com. With some other online shops, you think you know the total and then random fees pop up right at checkout, which is frustrating. Here, everything felt upfront and easy to follow, so I knew exactly what I was paying before placing the order. I’d definitely use them again for that alone.

I ended up finding way more stuff on electroandcompany.com than I thought I would. Like, I went in looking for one thing, then noticed they had a solid mix of other products too. It was nice not having to bounce around to a bunch of different sites, which I usually end up doing. Anyway, the selection was good, and it made picking something straightforward

I ordered a part because the website showed it was in stock, and I needed it quickly. Later on, I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available, which was really frustrating since the whole reason I ordered from them was because it looked ready to ship.
They did refund me, so I’ll give them credit for that, but I had also reached out with a simple question/request and it felt like that got ignored. The inventory really needs to be more accurate, and I’d definitely double-check before ordering again.

"Honestly better than I expected"
I was kind of expecting at least one little mix-up or missing piece, just because that seems to happen a lot with orders like this. But everything showed up exactly as I ordered it, no missing parts and no weird substitutions. Straightforward, but it was a nice surprise to have everything be right the first time.

I don’t usually buy into all the shiny marketing talk companies throw around, but I’ve been riding this a bunch and the range has been solid. After my normal trips, the battery still had charge left, which is more than I expected.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I ordered from electroandcompany.com mostly because the price was lower than a few other places I checked, though I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. To be fair, the item showed up working fine and there weren’t any real issues with the order.
I wouldn’t say there was anything especially impressive about the whole thing, but I guess that’s not really a complaint. I didn’t overpay, it did what it was supposed to do, and for the money, I’d probably use them again.

It did what it was supposed to do, but I had to make a few small adjustments to get it working right. Nothing too major, just a bit annoying. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I never trust that they’ll be much help anyway, so I just figured it out myself.

"Install was easier than I thought it’d be"
I ordered my kit from electroandcompany.com and was kind of expecting the install to be a bigger headache than it was. Most of the parts lined up well, and I didn’t really have to force anything or spend forever figuring out what went where.

I’m definitely not a pro mechanic, just someone with basic tools in the garage, but I was able to get it together without too much stress. The instructions were clear enough, and overall it felt like the kit was put together with some thought behind it.

"Comfy ride, just tired of the little adjustments"
The seat has been comfortable on longer rides, and the controls feel like they’re in a good spot. I did have to mess with the bars a bit to get them where I wanted, which I’m kind of tired of dealing with at this point. Once I got it adjusted, though, the ride felt nice and comfortable overall

"A little slow, but it arrived fine"
My order did show up in good shape, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated too, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening, or, I guess, where the package was. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of slow. The product itself was okay once it finally got here.
